By accessing and using DeepFake Check, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

DeepFake Check is a free online tool that uses artificial intelligence to analyze images, videos, audio, and text for potential AI-generated or manipulated content. The service is provided for informational and verification purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must only upload content you have the right to analyze
• You must not use this service for illegal purposes
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service
• You must not use the service to harass or defame others

4. Disclaimer

DeepFake Check provides AI-based analysis that may not be 100% accurate. Results should not be used as sole evidence in legal proceedings, employment decisions, or any situation requiring definitive proof. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on our analysis results.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of DeepFake Check are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. User-uploaded content remains the property of the user.

6. Paid Access

Paid analysis packs are one-time purchases, do not renew automatically, and are delivered as an access code. Creem processes payments as merchant of record. Prices and included usage are shown before checkout.

Digital analysis packs purchased inside Telegram are paid with Telegram Stars. Website purchases continue to be processed by Creem. The price, included analyses, and validity period are shown before payment.

7. Refund Policy

Contact support@deepfakecheck.io within 7 days of purchase. Unused packs and duplicate charges are eligible for review. Used analyses are non-refundable except where required by law. We respond to support requests within 3 business days.

8. Acceptable Use

You may only analyze content you own or are authorized to review. You must not use the service for illegal surveillance, harassment, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, intellectual-property violations, or attempts to facilitate fraud or harm. DeepFakeCheck detects content only and does not generate, face-swap, or manipulate media.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
